Barley Cider recipe


Barley Cider ingredients:

12 gal Apple Cider
5 lb Sugar
2 lb Raisins
2 qt Barley
2 oz. olive oil


Barley Cider preparation:

1. Combine in a large wooden cask; stir well.
2. Seal and allow to ferment.
3. When ready, strain off into another cask to age. Serve in: Unknown or None.
