Celery Wine ingredients:

Celery Wine preparation:
1. Boil the celery in a gallon of water for at least 15 minutes.
2. Strain and allow to cool; combine with the sugar, lemon slices and the yeast and store in a warm place for several days.
3. Re-strain; seal in a crock pot and allow to ferment for several weeks.
4. Store in bottles for future use. Serve in: Unknown or None.
