Coffee Nog recipe


Coffee Nog ingredients:

8 oz. Fresh brewed coffee
1/2 cup Cream
1 Egg Yolk
1 tbsp. Brown sugar
Nutmeg


Coffee Nog preparation:

1. Combine sugar and egg yolk, beat well.
2. In a small saucepan heat cream.
3. Slowly whisk in egg/sugar mixture and when blended, remove from heat.
4. Do not boil.
5. Pour coffee into your favorite cups and top with cream mixture.
