Coffeeshake ingredients:

1 1/4 oz. Fresh brewed coffee
2 tsp. Cocoa powder
2 tbsp. Sugar
1/4 qt Milk
1/8 qt Fresh cream
Grated chocolate


Coffeeshake preparation:

1. Prepare coffee and allow to cool.
2. Add cocoa powder, sugar and milk; blend well.
3. Fill 6 glasses, top with fresh cream and sprinkle with chocolate.
