Damson Wine preparation:
1. Spread yeast on a piece of toast.
2. Slice the fruit; place them in a large pot and pour in a gallon of boiling water.
3. Close tightly and allow to stand for several days; stir occasionally.
4. Strain out the juice into a seperate pot; add the sugar and brandy plus the yeast on toast.
5. Seal and allow to ferment.
6. Strain when ready and store a year before used.
