Lowfat Eggnog ingredients:

Lowfat Eggnog preparation:
1. Heat milk, canned milk, eggs, and sugar over medium heat about 10 minutes, until slightly thickened.
2. Do not boil.
3. Stir over a bowl of ice water 2 minutes.
4. Stir in vanilla; cover and chill 4-24 hours.
5. Add more skim milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.
6. Top with ground nutmeg just before serving.
