Mexican Hot Cocoa preparation:
1. COMBINE sugar, cocoa and cinnamon in small, heavy-duty saucepan; gradually stir in milk.
2. Warm over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot (do not boil).
3. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract.
4. Beat with wire whisk until frothy.
