Monarchy Luau Punch preparation:
1. Remove rind and core form pineapple, coarsely chop fruit.
2. Combine pineapple, brandy and sugar, marinate 6 hours or overnight.
3. Pour pineapple juice into a ring mold and freeze.
4. Add wine to pineapple- brandy mixture, refrigerate 30 minutes.
5. Add pineapple juice ring and champagne just before serving.
