Peppermint Liqueur recipe


Peppermint Liqueur ingredients:

2 tsp. Peppermint extract(or 3 ts)
3 cup Vodka
1 cup Sugar syrup (see recipe)


Peppermint Liqueur preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients and stir.
2. Let stand for 2 weeks.
3. Use 3 teaspoons of extract for a stronger mint taste and additional sugar syrup for a sweeter thicker liqueur.
4. Yield: 1 quart Container: Quart jar.
