Robert mitchum's eggnog recipe


Robert mitchum's eggnog ingredients:

12 Eggs, separated
1 lb confectioner's sugar
1 qt Rum, brandy or whiskey
2 qt Cream
1 qt Milk
1/2 tsp. Salt


Robert mitchum's eggnog preparation:

1. Combine egg yolks and sugar, beating well.
2. Add liquor, beating well.
3. Add egg whites and salt to mixture.
4. Beat until stiff.
5. Fold into liquid.
6. Makes 5 quarts.
