Sabayon Au Marsala preparation:

1. Place the egg, egg yolks and sugar in a double boiler.
2. Beat vigorously over medium heat until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
3. Add the marsala wine, little by little, while constantly beating - until the mixture becomes thick.
4. Transfer to small serving cups, serve with biscuits on the side.
