Spicy tomato juice cocktail preparation:
1. Wash tomatoes; remove stem ends and cores.
2. Chop tomatoes.
3. In slow-cooking pot, combine tomatoes, celery, and onions.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
5. Press through foodmill or sieve.
6. Return juice to pot. Cook on high for 30 minutes.
7. Add lemo.
