Tea Liqueur ingredients:

2	tsp.	Black tea leaves*
1 1/2	cup	Vodka
1/2	cup	Sugar syrup (see recipe)

Tea Liqueur preparation:

1. Steep the tea leaves in vodka for 24 hours - NOT longer as a bitter taste will occur.

2. Strain and add sugar syrup.

3. Age for 2 weeks.

4. *Your favorite tea may be used for the flavor you desire and spices can be added as well.

5. Yield: 1 pint Container: Quart jar.
